The company wants to spread three warehouses, totaling 367,250 square feet, around 69.55 acres. 14 granted a use variance to Floodgate Road LLC. LOGAN – A large section of farm-assessed land about 3 miles north of Bridgeport and, more importantly, even closer to Route 130 on-ramps officially is open for potential warehousing development.
